Plans & Billing

Understand subscription plans, manage your billing, and know what happens at your limits

Overview

SentinMail uses a tiered subscription model. Each plan determines your resource limits (subscribers, templates, emails per month) and which features you can access.

View Your Current Plan

Go to Settings → Subscription to see:

  • Your current plan name and status
  • Usage bars for each resource limit:
    • Team members
    • Email templates
    • Subscribers
    • Subscriber lists
    • SMTP configurations
    • Emails sent this month
  • Your billing cycle — start date, renewal date, and status

Available Plans

On the Subscription page, scroll down to see all available plans with a Monthly/Annual toggle. Annual plans typically offer a discount.

Each plan card shows:

  • Price
  • Resource limits
  • Included features
  • An Upgrade button
Tip
Compare plans side-by-side to find the right fit. Feature differences are highlighted — look for items like saved blocks, media uploads, advanced segmentation, automation workflows, webhooks, and API access.

Upgrade Your Plan

Choose a plan

On the Subscription page, click Upgrade on your desired plan.

Choose billing cycle

Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing.

Apply a coupon (optional)

If you have a coupon code, enter it and click Validate. The discount will be shown before you pay.

Select payment method

Choose how you'd like to pay:

Complete payment

Click Proceed to Payment and follow the payment flow. Once confirmed, your plan upgrades immediately.

Manage Billing

If you pay via Stripe, you can access the Stripe billing portal to:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • View payment history

Click Manage Billing on the Subscription page.

Billing History

A table at the bottom of the Subscription page shows all billing events — successful payments, failed payments, and coupon redemptions.

Cancel Your Subscription

Go to Subscription

Navigate to Settings → Subscription.

Click Cancel Subscription

Confirm the cancellation in the dialog. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to the Free plan.
Warning

Only the company Owner can cancel a subscription. When cancelled, you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period. After that, features beyond the Free plan limits become unavailable.

What Happens at Your Limits?

When you reach a resource limit, SentinMail prevents you from creating more of that resource:

Emails/monthSend requests are blocked until the quota resets.
Team membersNew invitations are blocked.

You'll see a clear message explaining the limit and a prompt to upgrade.

Info
Usage bars on the Subscription page show how close you are to each limit. Keep an eye on these to avoid surprises.

Coupons

If you have a coupon code:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade on any plan
  3. Enter the code in the Coupon field
  4. Click Validate — if valid, the discounted price is shown
  5. Proceed with payment at the reduced price

Coupons have expiry dates and may be limited to specific plans or first-time upgrades.
